Our client, a leading global financial company, is looking for an Counter Service Officer/Assistant Manager to join their dynamic team.
Counter Service Officer (15k-20k)
Job Description:
- Provide high quality of services to customers
- Capable to handle all enquires and correspondence independently
Job Requirements:
- HKCEE/HKDSE or above, Minimum 1 year’s relevant experience
- Excellent customer service, communication and problem solving skills
- Proficient in written and spoken English & Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
- Willing to work under pressure
- Good PC skills
Assistant Manager (25k-28k)
Job Description:
- Provide high quality of services to customers
- Capable to handle all enquires and correspondence independently

- HKCEE/HKDSE or above, Minimum 4 year’s relevant experience
- Excellent customer service, communication and problem solving skills
- Proficient in written and spoken English & Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
